Edited by: Shalamar Bladesinger on 13/04/2010 02:29:44 this is my idea. the idea is to give the jf(jump freighters) 1 mid slot so they can put in a special jump callibrated system to allow them to jump into high sec at the exspencve of more fuel usage. this would hopefully get more people to fly them and the corps can do runs faster with not as much time that they miss. the kicker is that they cant do that anywere in the system. it would have to be nex to a gate for its safty are. i would like some feed back for this idea too anything negitive about it and positve. also, i think that some "Light capital ships should be allowed in high sec. likethe dreadnaought and the carrier(ex:Chimera). i also would like to see a freighter that instead of a cargo bay, it has a massive ship maintaince bay to haul ships. what do you think?

Originally by: Reggie Stoneloader Ooh, no thank you. No cynos in high-sec, please. Population density is too high, and it would do bad things to the markets if you could cyno into Jita from low-sec.
i never said cynos. they wouldnt need it. and from the other theead i looked at anyone caught ganking in high sec should be banned from high sec personaly. it would fix the jita problem.

Originally by: Hirana Yoshida Would make it entirely too easy. It is already extremely easy to avoid being caught in JF's.
There was a recent (and decent) proposal to the opposite effect; prohibit JF's in high-sec entirely forcing people to ferry goods/materials using "regular" shipping methods prior to jumping.
A little overboard perhaps, but a novel idea nonetheless.
I don't think anyone want capitals back in high-sec especially not now that capitals outnumber BS (slight exaggeration for effect )
ok. thats fine. what about the 3rd item on that list? basicly you are making the freighter modular by making a version of it that can haul massive amounts of riged ships? the reason i say this is because the Orca can only hold 2 fully fitted hulks in it. and a carrier is a jump ship so its not allowed in highsec. same with the titan and Super carrier. the third option is that you make the freigheter modular. instead of just cargo bays, you can use just ship maintaince bays and make it a ship hauler. i was tinking of it because the corp i was in had to make 7-8 jumps to get all the ships to were they wanted them. and you cant fit that many ships in a carrier anyway. just a thought.

well, the reason i said what i said is that i was wanting to get those in high sec is because i was wanting to do a lvl 5 agent mission and when i read the missions i found out that you can do them in a bs with a bit of difficalty. so i was also thinking of having normal missions(lvls 1-5, high sec enabled) and advanced missions(lvls 1-4, low and null sec only.)the advanced missions would be for capital ships, and the normal ones are for well, a few bs's. thats the main reason that i brought this up.
